Larry Pino Accordion Identification

We have a very interesting and unusual accordion, indeed.
Below are some excellent pictures of an accordion that says, Larry Pino on it. The owner does not have much information other than it weights about 16 pounds and has smaller size and keys.

But I would love to find out more info. If you could help me identify it that would be great! I love to play it- it is a smaller size- I believe 16 lbs and has smaller keys. So it probably would only work for a child or woman. It has a sticker on it for Larry Pino- I believe that is after the Larry Pino Conservatory in SLC, Utah. No model number – that I know of.
